From wondering to confidence

Before I received eternal life, I was wondering about my eternal destiny once I die.

I had heard about the existence of the heaven and that people will go there to live forever with God, but I couldn’t be for sure whether I will be with them although I earnestly wished to be there. I remember in November 1997 when my grand brother of about 20 years old age suddenly died. I wondered if we will meet again and in which place will we meet after the death. I was deeply puzzled about my eternity!

Some years later in April 2004 in the church Sunday service, I received eternal life when I heard the most wonderful news I had ever heard in my life.

After receiving the eternal life, I was so convinced that from that time on I was with God and even after the death I’ll directly go to heaven to live forever with God and His people.

I remember in February 2015, I got a mortal car accident with my friend. All people who were around the place cried out that all persons inside the car were totally died. While watching the outcome, I was unimaginably full of peace without any doubt of my eternity.

Now, I know for certain that if I were to die at this time, I am very glad and confident that I am with God and even after my death I’ll go to heaven and live forever with God's people.
