From Selfishness to JOY!

Before I received eternal life I was on a path that would bring sorrow and pain to many lives, including my own. I was selfish, undisciplined, and without direction.

I remember asking myself, "what is life all about anyway?" As an active member of a Bible teaching church, I should have known the answer, but I did not.

Even though I was raised in a good church and a Christian family I had not experienced the transformation that eternal life brings. Then one day in the middle of my senior year in high school God invaded my life and changed everything.

Now I know for certain that I have God's gift of eternal life.

Soon I discovered my purpose in life. God brought me into a life with many wonderful relationships a very satisfying career. I have found that a life of joy is so much better (and safer) than a life of self-seeking happiness.

God has done so many wonderful things for me through out the years, but the greatest thing that He has done for me is give me the assurance that when I die, Heaven is my eternal home.
