From meaninglessness to purpose

I lived life by doing whatever seemed right to me, based very much on my own ideas or influenced by what was around me.

Someone I had known in my school days was killed and this started me thinking about the meaning of life. Joining a church where the Gospel was preached and having godly women around me led me to seeing the reality of God and that life had meaning and purpose.

I met with someone who explained the concept of eternal life to me and I realised I needed to make a commitment to Jesus.

Life had purpose and meaning and above all hope.

Life is hard and can seem purposeless without Christ. He enables me to make sense of everything around me.

Jesus said if I belong to Him I will have eternal life. His words are true and therefore I will see Him face to face one day.
