From despair to victory

I was never told that I needed to trust Jesus personally for salvation and I was seeking but didnt know where to turn for help. After seeing a Billy Graham movie, " A time to run " and going forward to repent of my sins and ask Jesus to come into my heart , a great weight was lifted from my shoulders , my desires changed, my outlook changed and I now have hope and peace and the assurance of one day going to heaven.

I was living with fear and anxiety after having a miscarriage, I was searching for peace and stability but didn't know what to do. I was put on tranquilizers by my Dr. I became dependent on them. We were having difficulties in our marriage and I went to Dr. frequently for various illnesses related to anxiety.

I became concerned for others and began praying for the salvation of my family and others.

Now that I have received the gift of salvation , I have been having a regular time each day in reading the Bible, praying and tithing from my income. The Bible promises give me hope.

In every experience such as when I lost a job that I had thought was secure, I knew that God is in control and that he will always work everything out for my good.

I am sure that I have eternal life because of God's truth in His word. " He who has the Son has life" and " believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved "
