Freedom from addictions
I was delivered from addictions that were destroying my life and since then have been set free and am living the abundant life as promised in the Word of God.
Before I received Jesus as my Lord and Saviour I had addictions and habits that were destroying my life and relationships. I received the power to change and learned to trust in God’s plan for me.
I remember feeling emptiness and that life had no purpose. I have since learned God’s purpose for my life.
I am so thankful that a friend of mind shared the gospel with me and I received Jesus and eternal life.
Now that I have Jesus and eternal life I am free from past addictions and the bondage that comes with those addictions.
I remember a time when I was miraculously saved from an industrial accident that could have killed me and all I felt at the time was thankfulness and a peace knowing that even if I did die I would receive eternal life.
Even today after many years of serving God I am still sure that I have eternal life and am going to heaven when I die.
