Eternal Peace

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for the eternal life that God has freely given me. I have such peace and joy because I know God's salvation is certain through Jesus Christ!

I remember graduating from high school overwhelmed with where my life would take me. I had so many options and it was hard to know what to do for the next few years. It was easy to wonder what people would think of me or how much money I would make. The fear of others and the future crippled me. Because of my salvation in Christ and knowing that He holds me in his hand, I learned that I did not have to worry what people thought or how I would provide for myself. He has given me eternal life and shows me how to prosper in this life wherever He takes me.

Because God is faithful and never changing, I know He has saved me from eternal death in hell. His word, the Bible, tells me that when I have faith in Jesus Christ and believe he rose from the dead, I am saved from eternal destruction. Instead, He gives the gift of eternal life! This gives me peace while I am on earth knowing I will be with God in heaven after I die.
