Eric's faith story

Before I received Eternal life I was living a life of partying and drinking with my friends every chance I got.

I remember the hangovers and daily regrets. I knew this wasn't the life I wanted to live.

Then one weekend while I was at a personal growth conference I was with a group of people who were United in the spirit, and they lead me in the believer's prayer to receive eternal life.

Now that I have received Eternal life through Jesus Christ I have a new purpose and desires.

Before all I wanted to do was party and live a promiscuous lifestyle. Now I find myself seeking the truth through the word and serving His people and fellowshipping with brothers and sisters in Christ. I have an excitement for how He has changed me.

It's crazy how different my life is from what it used to be. It is awesome that the things I enjoy now in no way resemble who I was!! It can only be the result of the power of the Holy Spirit to give me the best life I could have ever imagined despite circumstances. It is awesome to have this eternal life now and the assurance to spend eternity with Jesus and loved ones.
