Dark to Light
I was shy and scared of the unknown. I didn't any hope for anything at times. After I began a relationship with Christ I saw so changes in how I viewed life and people. Ii had an argue to want to help others and learn more about God. I was still a little shy but I had hope in life and I didn't fear the future. I know God is real and I believe his word. I know God is real because of the life change that happened to me and I know I'll have eternal life because God says in romans 10:9 I just need to believe in him and and Ill have eternal life.
I'm glad I have eternal life because I don't fear the future or the unknown because God has full control , I fee that I have a purpose.
When I was in didn't like to be around people that I didn't know or be in a place that I didn't feel comfortable in meaning that I did not like people. It wanted until after I started my relationship with Christ that I started to want to help others. The first time I realized this was when I first volunteered to serve the homeless with our church. I never felt so happy and glad and at peace like that before but after that I couldn't wait for the next time I could help and serve them. I also learned some gratitude and to be grateful for what I have and that I should be generous to others not just with stuff, but with my time.
I know God is real and what he says is true. I believe this because of the new life in him that I have and all the times that God answered my prayers. These are just a few ways that I know he is real. I know that what he says is true because God says I will new life and I have a new life. He says that he will comfort me and answer my prays and he has given me peace in times where I cried out to him in sadness and hopeless. God says he will protect me and keep me well by trust in him and God has done that from the moment I was born by allowing me to get treatment for my VSD and healed me from my burns. And these are only a few times where Gods word has come true for me. So when he says that I will have eternal life by believing in Jesus Christ I know I will have eternal life with him.
