Chelsea's personal testimony
Your worth in God means more than your brokenness or shame
Before I received eternal life I had fears of brokenness and wordly judgment.
After losing a close friend, all I could think about was how alone I was and how I couldn't let other people know that I was struggling.
Then someone spoke the truth into me that God would carry me through my grief and that I could come to him in brokenness without fear of him turning away.
Now that I have eternal life, I have learned to be more open about my life and my struggles not only with God, but also with fellow believers.
When my mom was in the hospital last year with a serious condition, I didn't automatically shut down like I had done in the past. I took my confusion and brokenness to God and I asked fellow believers to pray for me instead of just acting like everything was fine.
I know that God holds me in the palm of His hand, despite my brokenness, and that His promise of eternal life teaches me that I will never be alone in life or death.
Your testimony matters too
