Changed Through Surrender
When I surrendered to Jesus, my guilt was turned to joy.
Before I received eternal life, I was guilty and empty.
Because I was raised in church, I knew the life I had been living was wrong. I was one way at church and another way during the week.
Then I heard a message about repentance that changed my life.
When I came to know Jesus, He took away my guilt and filled my emptiness with His joy--my life has never been the same.
When I surrendered my heart to follow Jesus and received eternal life, it was like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. All my guilt was taken away in a single moment, and God's presence filled my heart.
Now I know I have eternal life and I am forgiven.
