Abba and I

Eternal life mean that one day I will be embraced by Abba and he will never let go. I will get to be with him forever.

When my husband and I were trying to purchase our first home, we were on a lease at a condo across town while struggling to find something suitable for our family and future that was in our price range. The condo we were currently living in was also under some construction due to leaking inside. It affected our quality of life and our children's. Our real estate agent was helpful choosing properties we may have chance at. Though her attitude was very "you better take what you can get". I was sure Abba meant for us to have a large yard so I can farm and we can create homestead. I was very convicted in this even if it meant losing out on other homes and it was risky. One night I found a property on a quarter acre off Madison Ave. It was slightly out of our price range but it was perfect and backed horse property. We fell in love and made an offer immediately. In addition our current landlords for the condo were willing to cut our lease short with no consequence due to the leaks. The next month was full of prayer and hope. Escrow closed and the home was ours. After spending much of my adult life without stability and sometimes homeless, this was impossible for me but with Abba, not. So many impossible factors and too many coincidences and perfect timings to not be God. This was not the first or last time I witnessed Abba moving in my life.

Abba has been walking with me even before I ever attempted to walk with him. He has been carrying me, even through my disobedience and rebellious times. I know he will never leave me.
