A New Stage of Life
God has given me a sense of peace during my husband's illness and death. God's strength helps me to move forward.
I'm glad I have eternal life because I know God loves me and I can use his strength to keep moving forward.
My husband's journey with cancer lasted 14 years. During part of that time, I was a caregiver. When the illness ended his life here on earth, I had the assurance that in an instant he was in heaven. After 39 years as a couple, I am now faced with moving forward in this new stage in my life. My hope in Jesus gives me the strength to keep on keeping on.
God continues to give me peace in this difficult journey. I know without a doubt that I will spend eternity in Heaven and will see my husband again.
