A Loving Dad

Before I knew Christ, my life was filled with worries, shame, no purpose, cheap thrills, lies and self- centerdness.

i remembered sitting in church the morning after a party i had attended the previous night, and i heard a voice so clear saying, " what are you doing , you have so much to gain in me". I knew it was the voice of God calling me , i got up and walked up to the alter. That was the beginning of something bigger than my whole mind could fathom .Christ had just set me free. I now had hope, assurance of heaven, contentment , peace,comfort and a manner of joy i can hardly put in to words. Most of all what was just so precious was the love of a father, My Heavenly Father.

I then began to read the word of God and praying more, my heart was filled with an hunger for the Lord, i cant explain, it was then i learnt of my Gift of eternal life.

Now that i have eternal life i look to the word and the help of the holy Spirit and not my own self.

i was about to move but i had no idea where i would find another apartment with the specific requirements i was looking for, i prayed before i started my search and and while browsing on the internet i found a place and i was sure it was the one God lead me to. I qualified for the place and moved in shortly after.

I certained i have eternal life because the word of God says i do. John 3:16
