My Best Friend

I used to spend weekends all by myself. I actually hated weekends because I would be by myself. I didn't know how to make new friends or where to go.
Then someone shared with me at a Christmas party how I could receive eternal life.
Now that I have eternal life, I am no longer lonely. I have a wonderful wife, three really neat children, and friends all over the place.
For example, in one recent month, I met with a friend one weekend, went on a weekend beach trip with other friends, and spent a Saturday night on another weekend at the home of another friend.
And the best thing of all is that I will spend eternity in heaven with my best Friend, Jesus.
