I have had peace and grown to experience God's faithfulness in the midst of much crisis and pain.
I have also watched God do whatever it takes to draw us to Himself. My life has been filled with painful events. The lose of most earthly possessions in a house fire, the absence of my father, my parents divorce , a physical and emotionally abusive marriage leading to divorce, cancer with both my husband and I,along with trauma and crisis; which seemed common place in our lives. To recall just one example; when my daughter was five, traveling home on an icy road in February, she and I were hit head-on by a dump-truck halling a backhoe which rolled over our car. Part of the shovel to the backhoe went through the left passenger window where my daughter had been sitting just minutes before. We survived with hardly a scratch. God chose to save our lives that day.
