Being blessed through sadest time in life

Sometimes the worst time in your life might be the most important and significant one and leads you in a new and greater perspective.

Summer 1999 I started my 1st year at Highschool. I was a shy girl who was completely lacking in confidence.

In my prayers I often asked the Lord: 'Why do I have to go through these situation?' That's not fair. I just wanted to have a happy family life.

During these years of trouble I dedicated my life to the Lord and I learned 2 important lessons.

1) Whatever is going to happen particularly when things seem out of control. God is in control and and he cares for you. He gives peace. Besides that God is able to use every situation and every circumstances in your life to bless you. Jesus took my dejection and through my relationship with Jesus I discover abundant life, now and forever.

2) There is no reason to feel ashamed about yourself or having doubts about everything you are doing. God will provide and help you so that you can do things you usually won't do.

'For God did not give us a spirit of timidity but a spirit of power, of love and self-discipline' 2. Tim 1:7

My motto is: If you want to walk on water you've got to get out of the boat.

Would you like to get out of your life-boat today and discover what Jesus meant by saying: 'I have come that they may have life and have it to the full'?
