I can concentrate on what the right thing to do is, knowing that my Savior is guiding me. I have a security that I never had before and a feeling of peace.
I realized that I have a purpose, that I am not alone and my sense of security and confidence dramatically increased.
God has removed the bulk of my anxiety about life. A hole in my life has been filled.
I became a Christian at the Franklin Graham Crusade in Bakersfield. Though I had been attending church for a few months, my main reason for attending the Crusade that night was to see Ricky Scaggs, who was scheduled to perform. As it turned out, Ricky Scaggs had to cancel, but, as I heard Franklin Graham speak, I began to realize that I was hearing what had been missing. At the call, I took my wife's hand and we both went forward and received Christ that night.
I just began feeling differently, more positive, more secure.
