When I was little, my older siblings walked forward in church to receive Christ and I wanted to go with them, but, my wise Mother made me wait until she knew I understood what accepting Christ meant. A few years later I understood and took a walk of faith and asked Christ into my heart.

Because I was young and did not receive a lot a lot of training in the Word, I made many wrong choices. I remember feeling a powerful conviction that I was doing wrong each time I did.

Looking back, as a mature adult, I am confident that was the Holy Spirit leading me back to God's will.

Hebrews 5:14 says "But solid food (God's Word) belongs t those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exerciesd to discern both good and evil."NKJV I wanted to live the rest of my life on solid food and I rededicated my life to Him.

One day I will live with God in eternity. For today, I enjoy seeking His will and seeing where He will lead me. Although I am not perfect, I am forgiven and seek to be obedient to Him in all things. In obedience, there is true joy!
